Known for translating creative ambition into commercial impact, she’s a proven business leader known for growing brands and helping guide companies, talent, and partners through periods of significant transformation.

Most recently, Feldman served as Chief Marketing Officer at Wasserman (RECENTLY REBRANDED AS THE.TEAM), a leading global sports, music, and entertainment agency, where she played a central role in shaping brand strategy and expanding the firm’s influence across the modern entertainment ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with major music companies, artists, and global brands, helping them navigate change, unlock new opportunities, and build relevance in an increasingly complex cultural landscape.

Today, Feldman is the founder of REDEFINE MUSIC ADVISORS, a strategic consultancy focused on working with a select group of music companies, artists, and brands at moments where clarity, perspective, and senior-level insight matter most. Driven by passion and defined by performance, the firm partners closely with organizations to turn business challenges into actionable strategies, opportunities and long-term value.
